Jason brings a diverse background of athletics, finance, Christian studies, executive life coaching, and leadership to people and organizations with whom he works. He is a sought-after speaker, seminar leader, life coach, and consultant. He has experience in church planting, serving as the lead pastor in two church plants, and mentoring and consulting with church planters. In addition, he served on the staff of Stanwich Church in Greenwich, Connecticut for six years. During this time he developed the Omega Course and a life coaching ministry which in 2006 Stanwich Church commissioned him to share with the church at large.

Jason is a partner at E Pluribus Partners, a leadership training and coaching firm. He speaks, teaches, coaches and writes about leadership and organizational culture.  Organizations Jason has spoken or taught at include General Dynamics, General Re, Johnson & Johnson, NASA, Northwestern University, Scotiabank and UBS. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.

Jason is the primary author of Beyond Self-Help: The True Path to Harnessing God’s Wisdom, Realizing Life’s Potential and Living the Abundant Life (Xulon Press) and co-author of Fired Up or Burned Out: How to Reignite Your Team’s Passion, Creativity and Productivity (Thomas Nelson). He writes article for various publications and websites including the Leader to Leader JournalPerdido and Crosswalk.com.

Mike is a Director on Life Spring Network’s Board.  He writes and speaks for Life Spring Network.   In addition to the foregoing, Mike is responsible for raising awareness of Life Spring Network as well as developing partnerships with like-minded organizations.  He is also the president of E Pluribus Partners, a leadership training and coaching firm.

Mike speaks, teaches, coaches and writes about virtuous leadership, discipleship, connection and developing Christian character.  He speaks and teaches at organizations including GE, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, NASA, the U.S. Treasury Department and Yale-New Haven Hospital. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, Texas Christian University, the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and the Center for Creative Leadership.  Articles Michael has written have appeared in leadership periodicals around the world including the U.S., U.K., Canada, Japan, India, and Dubai.  He is a regular contributor to Crosswalk.com and The Economic Times (India’s largest circulation business periodical).  Michael writes for the Life Spring Network blog and his award-winning blog at  www.michaelleestallard.com.  Mike and Jason are co-authors with Carolyn Dewing-Hommes of the book Fired Up or Burned Out: How to Reignite Your Team’s Passion, Creativity and Productivity (Thomas Nelson).

John B. Donovan – Director of Communications and East Coast Regional Director

John B. Donovan has been an author and communications adviser and writer since his youthful days as a combat correspondent in Vietnam, a Capitol Hill correspondent during Watergate, and a public affairs officer in the US foreign aid program dealing with Latin America.

As a trade and investment communications adviser in the New York area, John has handled projects for the most senior officers of many multinational manufacturing companies, financial services firms (US and foreign), and also foreign countries seeking US corporate investment. He organized a regular forum on foreign trade and investment policy that was attended by business people and diplomats from 45 nations as well as the annual World Communication Briefing at the Union League Club, featuring the presidents of the United States Council on International Business and the National Foreign Trade Council.

 

Mary Swank – Administrator

Mary brings over 20 years of administrative experience, having served in the fields of finance, sales, marketing, legal and customer service. Mary also brings administrative experience from serving within the Lutheran School system. Over the past 13 years, Mary has enjoyed serving on multiple committees for The Lutheran Church and School of St. Luke in Itasca, IL, including School Board Member, PTL Board Member/President, Youth and Family Committee Member, Marketing Team Member and Room Mom.

 

Nancy Donovan – LSN Prayer Ministry Coordinator

Since Nancy’s earliest days as a wife, mother, and Sunday School superintendant, she has been increasingly convinced that continual prayer is the foundation of personal, family, and church life.

She has been an active member of a prayer team at her church and also a member of a team that seeks to hear from God and impart special words

 

Scott Greenlee – Art Director

When we’re completely (or just mildly) stumped as to finding just the right look for our visual and print resources, there’s no question about who to call. As the creative designer behind our Life Spring Network logo, Scott Greenlee has been an integral part of our endeavor since the beginning.

Scott is Vice President, Senior Art Director at Creative Partners in Stamford CT. With over 20 years experience in graphic design management and concept development, Scott has a strong background in integrated marketing communications, advertising, brand identity development, and Web site design.

 

Jennifer Pankau – Administration

Born into a missionary family in Indonesia, Jennifer Pankau was raised in the state of Virginia before heading to Brown University to major in Psychology and meet a certain fellow named Jason. Jen was a member of the Rhode Island Stingrays soccer team in the first women’s professional soccer league in the USA as well as a youth soccer coach.
