Soil, Strategy and Substance

The Omega Experience encompasses the Omega Course and additional training seminars that guide participants through a transformation process to grow in Christlikeness.  The cornerstone of the Omega Experience is the Omega Course, a 24-session seminar that explains what discipleship is and what to expect along the journey to grow in Christlikeness. The Omega Course and seminars can be used in small groups, with entire congregations or in mentoring relationships.  Harnessing the transformational power of the Omega Course usually requires facilitating the entire Omega Experience that includes Soil, Strategy and Substance seminars.

Soil seminars, such as Creating a Connection Culture Seminar, Unity in Marriage Seminar, Making Cent$ Seminar and The Mentoring Connection, are good places to begin.  They introduce your leaders and congregation to Life Spring Network, help stimulate interest in discipleship and establish the right expectations for a church’s journey to become a disciple-making community.

Strategy seminars train your church leaders to live it and lead it.  These seminars and our consulting services help you see the big picture of a Biblically functioning community and the Omega Experience, and train you in the vital roles to bring holistic, transformational disciple-making.  These seminars include Body Life Basics Seminar, the Omega Experience Masterplan Seminar, the Omega C.O.R.E. Small Group L.E.A.D.E.R. Seminar, the Omega Mentor Training Seminar and the Omega Site Coordinator and Live Trainer Seminar.

Substance is the 24-session Omega Course.  It establishes the basic training every believer needs and should be considered as an integral part of your church’s membership process.
