There are several ways churches can proceed to work with us. First, call us toll free at 888-958-3331 so we can learn about your unique requirements. Some churches choose to try out one seminar to get to know us. Popular choices include the Creating a Connection Culture Seminar, the Unity in Marriage Seminar, the Body Life Basics Seminar, and The Omega Experience Masterplan Seminar. Other churches choose to undertake the Omega Experience. There are several options between these that we can tell you about during a telephone call or meeting.
The following Omega Experience process represents the typical phases churches undertake when implementing the Omega Experience. Because every church is unique, we encourage you to contact us to schedule a meeting or telephone call so that we can assist you and your leadership team in exploring how to customize the Omega Experience to meet your specific needs.
Phase 1 – Soil Preparation (typically during the first three months)
Prepare the relational soil and stimulate interest in discipleship by taking your leaders through one or more of the “Soil” preparation seminars as an introduction to Life Spring Network and the Omega Experience. This will help establish the right expectations for a church’s journey to become a disciple-making community.
Phase 1 includes one or more of the following:
- Creating a Connection Culture Seminar
- U.N.I.T.Y. in Marriage Seminar
- The Mentoring Connection Seminar
Phase 2 – Strategy–Masterplanning (typically during the first six months)
Train your key leaders to live it and lead others through it. These seminars and our consulting services will help you see the big picture of a Biblically functioning community and the Omega Experience.
Phase 2 includes the following:
Phase 3 – Strategy–Skill Training (typically during the first year)
Train your leaders in the vital roles and skills necessary to bring about holistic, transformational disciple-making.
Phase 3 includes the following:
- The Omega C.O.R.E. Small Group L.E.A.D.E.R. Seminar
- Omega Mentor Training Seminar
- Omega Site Coordinator and Live Trainer Seminar
Phase 4 – Substance – The Omega Course (typically during the first 12-18 months)
Strengthen your leaders by taking them through the 24-session Omega Course and have them begin mentoring one another. After your leaders have completed phases 1-4, take congregants through the Omega Course, establish it as basic training for every believer. Many churches make The Omega Course part of their Church membership process.

Phase 5 – Growing Your Mentoring Network (typically years two and three)
Repeat Phases 1, 2 and 4 with your entire congregation. Leaders who were trained in year one will guide and mentor congregants. Repeat Phase 3 as new leaders are identified.
